Jockey Club ✕ Passoverdance — “Hear, We Dance” Event Visual Design

"Hear, We Dance" aims to deepen the arts experiences of participants, through different art forms, each as text and visual art to broaden the participant's ways of observation and thinking. By the interaction with professional dancers, participants are encouraged to explore the connection between body and mind and to understand more about dance techniques. Therefore, the key message is "Communication". I developed three key visuals for the project, each has difference main graphic, colour and typography design.

In the workshop, the design concept of key visual is presenting the power and different angle of the dance position, which also encourage the participants through different art forms to learn and think.

In the showcase, the design concept of key visual is presenting the connection, through two circles overlapping to create a ripple. This part is more focus on expression, to communication through the dance and body. Through showcase to present participants' feeling, mind and emotion.
